Pricing is based on managed applications and profiles rather than charging for every user. The calculator provides an estimate for one active environment on April Computers-operated infrastructure.

What the monthly price covers
A complete managed application profile—not storage alone.
Each profile combines the application capacity, storage, backup and operational resources required to run and maintain the service. Customer-facing capacities, such as file or email storage, are shown clearly in the calculator.
Application capacity
Runtime resources, persistent storage and application-specific components defined by the selected profile.
Deployment and configuration
Initial deployment and continued reconciliation through the managed application environment.
Application lifecycle
Coordinated configuration, versions, updates and capacity-profile changes.
Daily backup
Every active managed site is protected by a daily backup cycle.
Operational supervision
Supervision and follow-up when the managed application environment requires attention.
Ordinary support
One operational relationship for the selected managed applications and integrations.
Profile-specific disaster recovery
Recovery pricing reflects the data maintained at the second site.
The DR price is lower than the active profile because application workloads are not continuously active at the recovery site.
It remains substantial because the recovery site maintains restored data, infrastructure, daily transfer and reconciliation, supervision and readiness for an operated activation.

Pricing questions
What to expect from the estimate.
Are prices per user?
No. The estimate is based primarily on selected applications and profiles. Exceptional usage or requirements outside a profile may require another profile or separate agreement.
When does the Essential discount apply?
The discount applies while Keycloak, NetBird, Nextcloud and Mailu all remain selected. Larger Nextcloud or Mailu profiles add their profile-price difference.
Is backup included?
Yes. Daily backup is included for the active managed environment. Separate-site disaster recovery is an additional selection.
Is the calculator a final quotation?
No. It is a transparent monthly estimate. April Computers confirms the application combination, migration, infrastructure and responsibilities before service begins.
