April Computers is not billed per user. A company environment is sized according to expected usage, storage needs, remote working needs, and service capacity.
Your company can create the users it needs within the capacity of the selected package. If the selected package becomes too small, you can move to a larger package or add capacity.

Resilient Service
Add a second site for continuity.
Resilient Service adds a second site with a copy of your company environment. If the main site becomes unavailable, your essential services can be restored or switched over from the second site.
Because the second site is designed as a copy of the main site, the Resilient Service option doubles the selected package price.

Is April Computers priced per user?
No. April Computers packages are not billed per user. Packages are sized by company capacity, including file storage, email storage, hosted company computers, and service capacity.
Can we create multiple users?
Yes. Your company can create the users it needs within the capacity of the selected package.
What happens if we outgrow a package?
You can add capacity or move to a larger package.
What is company file storage?
Company file storage is shared storage for company documents, folders, files, and shared workspaces. Storage is included at company level and can be increased if needed.
What is company email storage?
Company email storage is the total email storage capacity available to the company for mailboxes, messages, and email attachments. It is defined at company level, not per user.
What is a hosted company computer?
A hosted company computer is a managed computer inside your company environment that can be accessed remotely when needed.
Is secure access included?
Yes. Approved company computers can connect securely to your company environment. Access is managed through your company identity and is included within the capacity of the selected package.
Is backup included?
Yes. Backup is included in every package to help restore company data and services after deletion, corruption, or operational incidents.
Is disaster recovery included?
No. Backup is included, but second-site resilience is optional. Resilient Service adds a second site with a copy of the company environment.
How much does Resilient Service cost?
Resilient Service doubles the selected package because it adds a second site with a copy of the main company environment. Prices are excluding VAT.
